Mr. Deshmukh’s career encompasses comprehensive experience in the entire project lifecycle, including conceptualization, planning, cost estimation, tendering, execution, billing, monitoring, and closure .His specialized knowledge in Urban Planning and Development Control has enabled him to lead significant initiatives such as Development Plans, Town Planning Schemes, and Area Improvement Schemes.

He has played a pivotal role in monitoring and guiding urban growth, ensuring adherence to Development Control Regulations, Regional Regulations, and the MRTP Act of 1966 .
